For us, this represents the company’s first international project—a significant milestone that highlights our ability to lead culinary projects on the global stage.
Culinary Consulting & Concept Development
As part of our culinary consulting, we oversaw the kitchen’s establishment, menu construction, and the development of a unique concept that balances rich Mediterranean cuisine with the flavors and aesthetics that resonate with the local audience. The NONNI menu focuses on fresh, high-quality ingredients, offering a diverse experience: from vibrant and nutritious breakfasts to hearty sandwiches, handmade pastas, fish dishes, and signature desserts. Every dish was crafted to reflect a blend of authenticity and innovation, emphasizing flavor and ingredient harmony.
